Hari + Preethi - Part I

In a few words of thanks to the guests assembled for their engagement reception, the Bride and Groom-to-be expressed their desire that the weekend of their wedding be a reflection of both the Indian and Hindu heritage they treasure and their International life-journeys -- and the endeavor was a brilliant success! Guests gathered from across the globe to celebrate, and from the first traditional dance to the last bite of ganache-draped hazelnut cake, the evening reflected Preethi & Hari's life and story together...

Emily + Kyle

On a dreamy backdrop of a snow covered Logan Square, I give you Emily + Kyle, creative, kind and very in love... since their highschool years! I met these two thanks to these two, and I've had the good fortune to see Emily at work helping style a Chicago home shoot in here -- which turned out to be on the very morning of the day Kyle proposed (a few sneaky phone calls and we sent her on her way a bit early claiming that we had "another stylist" on the way to help for the rest of the shoot!). Long story short she is one talented, and lucky woman. I enjoyed getting to know Kyle a bit better over our morning coffee and shoot in Chicago a few weeks ago!

Anne Michelle + Andrew

It was a beautiful night to wander across the East River enjoying the dusky light, and the company of crowds undaunted by the freezing temperatures. Andrew & Anne-Michelle's quiet love is wonderful to behold... I look forward to documenting their wedding at the Carlyle this April! Here are a few of the images from our time...

Chloe + Mark: Part II

Chloe and Mark joined their guests at the River East Art Center for a warm evening of celebration. The exposed wood structure and dreamy woodland centerpieces set the perfect scene while the new Mr & Mrs Richards, as far as I could tell, never left each others' side all evening. Pure Romance.
