Kansas City

I had a chance to snap a few photos at my cousin Katie's wedding a couple of weeks ago in Kansas City -- it was a pretty sunny afternoon and we had such a great time catching up with family (check out my cousin Dave's music!) and whispering about how great Katie & Mike are together!

We also made a quick stop to experience the new Nelson-Atkins. The architecture junkie in me was in heaven -- we didn't have time to check out the collection aside from the outdoor sculpture garden, so I've put it on my list of places to visit again someday!

Despite ominous reports of strong storms, it only sprinkled for a few minutes in the afternoon, and Friday turned out to be a perfect day for a wedding!
